How to Use
- • Methi Chapatai / Thepla: Take 1 cup of Atta with Methi blend and gradually add warm water with 1tsp of oil. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes and roll into thin theplas and rotis. Cook on a tawa until golden in colour.
- • Stuffed Parathas: Use Atta with Methi dough to cook aloo-methi parathas. Methi enhances aroma and taste. Brush ghee on top and enjoy.
- • Methi Poori with Methi Aloo: Use the same dough and roll slightly thicker in small circles. Enjoy with methi aloo sabji and boondi ka raita.
