Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if any of the following conditions apply:
· The product is physically damaged upon delivery.
· The product has missing parts or accessories.
· The product received differs from the description displayed on the product page.
· The product is defective or does not function as intended.
· Your order is partially delivered or items are missing from the shipment.
To process your request, you must provide:
· Clear photographs of the product (where applicable).
· A copy of the original delivery receipt or invoice.
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.
Replacement Policy
To qualify for a replacement:
· The replacement request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
· The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
· The original receipt or invoice must accompany the product.
Replacement Process
1. Submit a replacement request through our customer support team.
2. Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from the delivery address within 3 business days.
3. Upon receiving the returned product, our inspection team will review it within 1 business day.
4. If the request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 3 business days.
We will keep you informed throughout the process via email and/or SMS.
Partial Replacements
For orders containing multiple items, replacement may be provided only for the affected item(s), subject to verification and approval.
Please note that products purchased under special promotions, discounts, or promotional schemes may be subject to separate replacement terms and conditions.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and the claim has been validated, the refund will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures. Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.
